Biography

Aleksandar Janevski was born on August 27, 1985, in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. He completed his secondary education at the Secondary Veterinary School in DUSO “Braḱa Miladinovci” during the period 2000–2004. After finishing secondary school, he enrolled at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Skopje, where he graduated in 2010.
While still a student, in 2008, he was engaged as a demonstrator, and since 2015 he has been employed full-time at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Skopje. In 2012, he enrolled in doctoral studies in the field of Veterinary Medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Skopje, where he earned his PhD in 2021 with the thesis: “Prevalence of pathogenic bacteria, their antimicrobial resistance, and potential risk factors for the occurrence of subclinical mastitis in small dairy farms in the Republic of North Macedonia.”
Regarding his scientific work, he is the author or co-author of 44 publications published in scientific and professional journals, as well as a co-author of one handbook.
Current position: Research Associate at the Department of Pathological Morphology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Skopje.
